Throwing Tuition For Beginners / Intermediate.

 

The Monday morning, Tuesday morning and Wednesday evening sessions are all currently full.

Tuition is for a maximum of 5 students from beginner onwards, no previous experience required.

Classes run in 4 week blocks. We cover clay preparation, then moving on to simple bowl forms, cups / mugs, jugs and small plates, including trimming the underside of work and how to attach handles. Once students are adept at the basics I encourage and support you to explore your own ideas, shapes and forms.

 

All tools and materials are provided. There is a modest graded charge for fired and glazed work.

Individual one-to-one sessions are available at £50 per hour, minimum 2 hours.
